We deliver courses designed to address difficult conversations and conflict resolution, primarily in a business and organizational context.

Difficult Conversations and Conflict Management usually form part of Leadership & Change Management courses, as well as Intercultural Effectiveness courses.

Duration and Methodology:
In general, these courses are preferably delivered as highly interactive face-to-face workshops over the course of 1-3 days, depending on client needs and objectives.
